Certificates can be collected when visiting the clinic or can be paid for by direct deposit.
They can be posted to the purchasor or the receiver at your request.
Certificates are valid for six months from issue date & may only be redeemed by the person named on the certificate.

Certificates must be presented at the time of consultation.
